Site Supervisor – Construction / Fit-Out

We are seeking an experienced and professional Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and support efficient execution of construction and fit-out activities across ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate must possess strong site coordination capabilities, leadership skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage communication between site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and management effectively within fast-paced project environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and workforce operations
• Coordinate subcontractors, labor teams, suppliers, and site logistics
• Monitor project progress, work quality, and compliance with project requirements
• Ensure site execution aligns with approved schedules and operational targets
• Prepare daily, weekly, and progress reports for management review
• Identify and report site issues, delays, and operational constraints
• Coordinate closely with technical, operational, and management teams
• Maintain proper communication flow between site and office operations
• Support project documentation, reporting, and handover coordination activities
• Ensure site discipline, safety compliance, and operational efficiency at all times
• Monitor finishing activities including paint, tiles, gypsum board, and fit-out works

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction or fit-out site supervision
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken, written, and reading) is mandatory
• Strong English communication and professional report-writing skills
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities
• High level of professionalism and ability to represent the company appropriately on site
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple ongoing site activities
• Ability to prepare detailed site reports and progress updates
• Strong understanding of finishing works including paint, tiles, gypsum board, and fit-out activities
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational management capabilities
• Valid Iqama with transferable sponsorship required
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred

• Experience in interior fit-out and finishing projects
• Familiarity with project tracking, reporting, and coordination systems
• Strong operational and stakeholder management capabilities
