Site Supervisor cum Driver – Fit-Out & Renovation

We are looking for a reliable Site Supervisor cum Driver to join our fit-out and renovation team in Dubai. The candidate must have hands-on experience in supervising on-site activities, coordinating manpower, and ensuring smooth project execution, along with the ability to drive company vehicles as required.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for fit-out and renovation projects
• Coordinate labour, materials, and site requirements
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, standards, and safety regulations
• Report daily progress to the project manager
• Handle site inspections, deliveries, and material pickups
• Drive company vehicle when needed for site work and material transport
• Maintain site cleanliness, discipline, and workflow
• Support the team in completing project milestones on time

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in fit-out/renovation supervision
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong communication and site coordination skills
• Ability to read drawings and understand site execution procedures
• Knowledge of materials and basic technical requirements
• Should be able to handle multiple tasks with responsibility
• Must be available in UAE for interview
