Key responsibilities：

• Ensure all interior design works are carried out according to construction drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate site activities with subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Handle material orders, delivery follow-up, and ensure received items match PO/DO.
• Plan and allocate materials efficiently to minimise wastage and double handling.
• Conduct site inspections, check defects, and follow up on rectification works.
• Update defect status to clients and internal management in a timely manner.
• Monitor project progress to ensure completion within scope, timeline, budget, quality and safety standards.
• Prepare progress reports and support management in implementing policies and procedures.
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Lead and supervise site teams, ensuring work quality and productivity.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior or company.

Qualification:

• Strong knowledge of minimum 2 years of experience as a interior design methods, materials, and building regulations.
• Ability to lead, motivate and coordinate construction teams effectively.
• Self motivated, positive, and ability to deliver results even when the going gets tough.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with interior design workplace health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
• Proficient in spoken English kannada, hindi. We are seeking candidates proficient in English kannada, and hindi to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Candidates must possess their own vehicle and valid driving license, as travelling to multiple sites/locations is required. should be flexible travelling anywhere in bangalore

Working Hours & Location

Working Hours: Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM;

Location: Dommasandra circle sarjapur road bangalore

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
