Site Supervisor @Fit-out & Joinery

We are hiring for the Site Supervisor role for Joinery & Fit-out work in Dubai location.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for Fit-out and Joinery works who can independently handle multiple project sites, especially F&B and hospitality projects such as restaurants, cafés, and hotels. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating teams, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for fit-out and joinery works
• Handle multiple project sites simultaneously
• Manage F&B and hospitality projects including restaurants, cafés, kitchens, and hotel interiors
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Monitor site progress and submit regular reports
• Plan and manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment
• Ensure high-quality standards in carpentry, joinery, finishing, and installation works
• Coordinate MEP and civil activities related to fit-out
• Conduct site inspections, snagging, and project handover activities
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations on site
• Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to workers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Fit-out and Joinery projects
• Proven experience handling multiple sites independently
• Strong experience in F&B and hospitality interior projects
• Good knowledge of fit-out processes, joinery production, and installation
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong leadership and site management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• UAE/GCC experience in interior fit-out projects
• Knowledge of authority approvals and site documentation
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
