Site Supervisor for bridge work

Job description:

Ultimate Build mart is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site Mechanical, Civil, Interior, and Exterior works. The ideal candidate must ensure smooth site operations, quality control, and timely completion of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Mechanical, Civil, Interior & Exterior works
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards
• Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to ensure timely progress
• Ensure material quality and workmanship meet project requirements
• Enforce safety rules and ensure proper safety practices at site
• Maintain daily site reports, material delivery records, checklists, and IRs
• Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage as per standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision (Interior & Exterior Products)
• Education: BE Mechanical / DAE Mechanical
• Strong understanding of site coordination and field operations
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
