Site Supervisor for Interior Designer

Job Description:

We are hiring a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor / Execution Engineer to manage and oversee interior and infrastructure work at our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for on-site coordination, execution monitoring, vendor handling, and ensuring timely completion of work as per drawings and company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities at the manufacturing unit
• Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and layout
• Monitor material usage and maintain stock records
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance at site
• Handle measurements and billing verification
• Report daily progress to management
• Manage manpower and resolve on-site issues immediately
• Ensure project completion within timeline

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil / Interior / Construction Management (preferred)
• 2–5 years experience in site supervision (factory/industrial projects preferred)
• Knowledge of materials, fabrication work, civil & electrical coordination
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (for reading drawings)
• Strong coordination and leadership skills
• Ability to handle labour and vendors effectively
• Must be ready for full-time site presence

Preferred:

• Experience in industrial or warehouse projects
• Experience in manufacturing setup execution
• Ability to handle complete site independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Freelance

Pay: ₹13,066.09 - ₹51,245.37 per month
