Site Supervisor/ Foreman – Interior Fit-Out

Role Description

Elevare Interiors is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out to oversee on-site execution of interior projects from initiation through final handover.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining project timelines in line with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and manpower
• Coordinate carpentry, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, joinery, MEP, and finishing works
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and project specifications
• Monitor productivity and maintain site discipline
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Report daily site progress to the Project Manager
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and UAE safety regulations
• Identify site issues proactively and implement corrective actions

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of finishing details and site coordination
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings independently
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and site regulations
• UAE driving license preferred
