Role Overview

We are hiring a Site Supervisor (Fresher) to assist in day-to-day site monitoring, vendor coordination, quality checks, and ensuring smooth progress of interior/architectural works. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on learning, enjoys being on-site, and is eager to grow in the architecture & interiors field.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily site supervision for ongoing interior & architecture projects
• Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and vendors
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines
• Maintain daily site reports, material checklists, and progress updates
• Identify and report site issues, delays, and material requirements
• Support project manager/architect with follow-ups and documentation
• Monitor site safety and ensure adherence to basic safety guidelines
• Attend client visits/meetings when required

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / BE (Civil), B.Arch, B.Des, or any construction-related background
• Strong interest in interiors/architecture and willingness to learn
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of site activities (training will be provided)
• Ability to travel to different sites in Chennai
• Good attitude, discipline, and ownership mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
