Site Management

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Planning and Coordination

• Plan and schedule work activities in coordination with the project manager.
• Ensure proper allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Resolve on-site conflicts and adapt plans to accommodate unexpected challenges.

Safety and Compliance

• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections and toolbox talks.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, environmental, and organizational regulations.

Quality Control

• Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide construction work.
• Identify and address defects or non-conformances promptly.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including work progress, material usage, and incidents.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers and clients.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in industrial or civil construction, with supervisory roles preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
