Site Supervisor Role

1.Site Execution

Ensure work is done as per interior drawings (layout, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, carpentry).

Check measurements before execution.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors.

2. Labour Management

Supervise carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters.

Allocate daily tasks.

Monitor productivity and discipline.

3. Site Handling

Check quality of materials delivered.

Maintain stock record.

Prevent material wastage.

4. Quality Control

Ensure finishing quality (alignment, polish, laminate finish, tile level).

Check waterproofing, slope, plumbing leakage.

Follow safety standards.

5. Time & Budget Control

Follow project timeline.

Avoid delay penalties.

Control extra labour cost.

6. Client Coordination

Update client about progress.

Handle small site-level decisions.

Report issues to designer/owner.

*Required Skills

Basic AutoCAD drawing reading knowledge

Site measurement accuracy

Material knowledge (ply, laminate, UPVC, hardware, etc

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹38,595.46 per month
