Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-out

Whitemonde is a fast-growing interior fit-out company committed to delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our expanding team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations for interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure the implementation of approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and documentation.
• Monitor material usage, inventory, and deliveries.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and site cleanliness.
• Identify and resolve site issues efficiently.
• Assist in achieving project timelines and milestones.
• Communicate effectively with the design and project management teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out site supervision.
• Strong understanding of materials, installation methods, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage).
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• UAE experience mandatory.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.

Education:

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
