Site Supervisor( interior fitout)

Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Management & Supervision

• Supervise all on-site interior fit-out activities (partitions, ceilings, flooring, carpentry, MEP coordination, finishes, etc.).
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved shop drawings, method statements, and project schedules.
• Coordinate daily tasks for subcontractors, labor, and suppliers.
• Monitor site progress and report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager.

Quality Control

• Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and rectify defects or non-conforming work.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and authorities when required.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with project managers, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Resolve site issues, clashes, and sequencing problems efficiently.
• Ensure smooth coordination between architectural, MEP, and finishing works.

Materials & Resources

• Plan material requirements and ensure timely delivery to site.
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
• Verify received materials against approved samples and specifications.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and manpower logs.
• Assist in preparing snag lists and ensure timely closure of snags.
• Support handover documentation and final inspections.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–7 years experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, residential, or hospitality).
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
