Site Supervisor – Joinery Division

Timbergloss Industries LLC is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee joinery works at project sites. The candidate must be able to understand drawings, manage manpower, and ensure that execution is carried out accurately, efficiently, and within the project timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all joinery installation activities on site.

Interpret and implement drawings and joinery details correctly.

Ensure the team follows approved shop drawings and project specifications.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.

Manage manpower and resources efficiently to maximize productivity.

Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards.

Resolve on-site challenges and provide timely updates to management.

Ensure timely completion and delivery of site works.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in joinery or interior fit-out (UAE experience highly preferred).

Strong understanding of joinery detailing and installation procedures.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings clearly.

Excellent team management and communication skills.

Strong leadership qualities with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
