Site Supervisor – Metal Fabrication

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise metal fabrication and installation works at project sites. The candidate will ensure quality work, safety compliance, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site metal fabrication and installation works (steel, aluminum, structural works).
• Read and understand technical drawings and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and factory team.
• Manage workers, welders, fabricators, and installers.
• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor daily site progress and report to management.
• Maintain site safety standards and ensure PPE compliance.
• Handle site materials and ensure proper usage.
• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with clients when required.
• Ensure project completion within deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of metal fabrication processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Basic knowledge of site safety regulations.
• Good communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability.

Qualification:

• Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in metal fabrication site supervision.
