Job Summary:

We are hiring a Modular Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and finishing of modular units at the project site. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in modular construction or prefabricated building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation of modular structures and units on-site.
• Coordinate with modular manufacturers, transport teams, and installation crews.
• Inspect modular units for quality and compliance before and after installation.
• Monitor adherence to design and safety standards.
• Prepare daily progress and installation reports.
• Resolve site issues and liaise with clients and engineers.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and materials.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Modular Construction-related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in modular construction or prefabricated structures.
• Understanding of modular design and installation techniques.
• Familiar with cranes, rigging, and handling of prefabricated units.
• Good problem-solving and team management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
