Site Supervisor / Site Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Diploma holder (mandatory)
• Experience in fit-out projects is an added advantage

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor / Site Coordinator to join our team. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Ensure adherence to project schedule and report delays/issues to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate site inspections and visits with consultants and clients.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and material delivery logs.
• Assist in resolving technical and coordination issues on site.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of fit-out projects is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
