Site Supervisor / Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys prior to execution of contracts (if required).
• Take site measurements from project initiation to completion and handover.
• Prepare running bills and ensure timely submission to clients as per work progress.
• Verify BOQ quantities vs. actual site quantities and application quantities as per approved drawings for accurate certification.
• Manage labor efficiently to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of work.
• Handle day-to-day site execution activities.
• Coordinate effectively with clients and consultants.
• Oversee civil and finishing aspects of construction works.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Develop and monitor project timelines.
• Manage client communication and correspondence.
• Highlight potential risks, delays, or site challenges in advance and escalate to the Project Manager.
• Ensure proper site completion and handover with necessary documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Civil Diploma / Civil Engineer / Graduate
• Specialization: Civil / Construction / Texture Applications
• Industry Background: Engineering / Construction / Architecture / Interior Design / Cement / Building Materials / Paint/ Industrial & Commercial Wall Texture Paint Contracts / Civil Repair Works
• Current Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
• Experience: 2 – 5 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2.00 - ₹3.50 per year
