Job Title: Site Supervisor / Site Engineer – Interior ProjectsJob Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day on-site execution of interior projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Management

• Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and approved plans.
• Monitor workforce productivity and maintain project schedules.
• Ensure proper site organization and cleanliness.

2. Coordination

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.).
• Ensure smooth workflow between different trades.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, designers, and clients.

3. Quality & Safety Control

• Maintain high-quality workmanship as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.
• Enforce strict safety standards and ensure compliance with site safety regulations.

4. Technical Implementation

• Interpret blueprints, working drawings, and Technical Specifications (BOQs).
• Ensure accurate on-site execution as per design intent.
• Identify and address any design discrepancies or clashes.

5. Progress Reporting

• Provide daily and weekly progress updates.
• Share site photographs and status reports with Project Managers or clients.
• Track milestones and report delays or risks.

6. Problem Solving

• Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges, including design conflicts and material shortages.
• Coordinate with the design and project team for timely solutions.

7. Material Management

• Oversee material deliveries and verify quality against specifications.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Prevent wastage and manage material usage efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior project execution or site supervision.
• Strong understanding of interior finishing works and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of BOQs, material specifications, and site coordination.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
