We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor / Survey Engineer to join our growing Facility Management team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, supervising on-site operations, and preparing accurate cost estimates for various facility management projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site facility management activities including cleaning, maintenance, and specialized services.
• Conduct detailed site surveys and inspections for buildings, villas, commercial facilities, and industrial properties.
• Assess project scope, site conditions, access requirements, and risk factors.
• Prepare accurate estimates covering manpower, materials, equipment, and time requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Coordinate effectively with operations teams, technicians, subcontractors, and management.
• Monitor project progress and provide structured site reports, highlighting challenges and solutions.
• Support pricing strategies and cost control initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Facility Management site supervision.
• Experience in site surveying and cost estimation is required.
• Experience in Façade Cleaning projects (rope access / high-rise) is a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license (Mandatory).
• Strong understanding of FM operations, safety regulations, and site procedures.
• Engineering Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Civil / Mechanical preferred).
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
