Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site ✔ Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project requirements ✔ Manage labor force and subcontractors ✔ Monitor schedules and report progress ✔ Communicate with project managers and clients Requirements: ✔ Proven experience in site supervision ✔ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills ✔ Knowledge of construction methods and materials ✔ Good communication and reporting skills ✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹10,718.75 - ₹15,972.35 per month
