Urgent opening for Site Survey Engineer- Solar company with Good salary, Attractive Incentives and Allowances

Opening Locations- Trichy, Madurai, Salem and Villupuram

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys at customer locations for solar panel installation.
• Perform feasibility studies and assess site readiness.
• Submit survey reports to the management using CRM tools.
• Act as a Sales Executive during field visits — including lead generation, sales follow-up, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Support offline marketing activities to promote solar solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to convert leads into sales

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have a two-wheeler and be willing to travel for field work.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Immediate joiners highly preferred.
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
• Education: Diploma / Degree in Electrical or related field (preferred).
• Experience: Freshers can apply. Experienced candidates (min. 2 years) in Electrical background / Solar Site Survey / Sales will be given preference.
• Experience in electrical or solar site survey will be an added advantage.

Skills:

• Good communication & customer handling.
• Knowledge of electrical and solar basics.
• Comfortable using CRM tools for reporting.
• Result-oriented with sales aptitude.
