Responsibilities:
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Site Wide Logistics Engineer to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi .
This position is responsible for assisting in the design and analysis of operational solutions for the project including but not limited to transportation optimization, network modeling, process and methods analysis, cost containment, capacity enhancement, routing and shipment optimization, or information management.
We envisage success in this role to include;
Logistics Oversight & System Optimization

Maintaining and enhance existing site-wide logistics procedures, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, capacity, and safety.

Monitoring contractor compliance with current Logistics Management Plans (LMP) and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.

Managing the ongoing use of site access gates, delivery schedules, laydown areas, and internal haul routes.

Evaluating and update logistics workflows as construction activities shift into new phases.
Traffic Engineering & Mobility Management

Continually assess traffic movement patterns and optimize circulation routes based on current construction volumes and congestion points.

Updating and reviewing Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) to address new risks or construction sequencing changes.

Conducting periodic capacity reviews, safety audits, and mobility assessments to ensure smooth vehicle, plant, and workforce movement.

Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of traffic control devices, signage, and temporary road measures.
Operational Monitoring & Compliance

Leading daily/weekly inspections to verify safe and efficient execution of logistics and traffic operations.

Ensuring adherence to established operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and CSC standards.

Tracking contractor logistics KPIs, including delivery punctuality, traffic incident rates, and route compliance.

Issuing instructions, NCRs, or improvement notices when deviations from approved plans occur.
Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

Acting as the CSC focal point when required for logistics coordination with district PMC’s, contractors, client representatives, and regulatory authorities.

Chairing logistics and traffic coordination meetings and maintain consolidated action logs.

Supporting interface resolution between PMC contractors sharing roads, utilities corridors, or congested areas.
Risk Management & Reporting

Identifying emerging logistics or traffic risks considering project volume changes, peak periods, or external factors.

Leading investigations into traffic-related incidents, developing lessons learned and implementing preventive measures.

Providing consolidated reports, dashboards, and KPI updates to the Logistics Manager and Project Director.

Supporting emergency response planning, evacuation route management, and contingency logistics operations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 8/10 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering, Transportation/Traffic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Demonstrated experience in operational-phase logistics management, including monitoring, optimization, and contractor compliance.

Working knowledge of traffic modeling tools and mobility assessment methodologies.

Prior experience within a Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) environment is preferred.

Skilled in AutoCAD and, if required, traffic modeling platforms (e.g., VISSIM, SYNCHRO).
