Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Sketch-up Designer for contract work to bring architectural concepts to life through detailed 3D modeling. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects by translating design visions into precise digital models using Sketch-up. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in digital art, visual design, and technical software applications to support our creative process. Duties

• Using existing files that need to be updated, develop accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural designs using Sketch-up software.
• Collaborate with designers to interpret project requirements and incorporate branding, art direction, and presentation elements.
• Create visualizations that effectively communicate design concepts for client presentations and project approvals.
• Integrate models with other digital tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or InVision to enhance visual storytelling.
• Ensure models adhere to project specifications, color management standards, and technical constraints.
• Assist in layout design, sign manufacturing concepts, and production design elements as needed.
• Maintain organized digital files and version control throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements
• Proven experience in Sketch-up modeling within architectural or interior design contexts.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for digital art and presentation purposes.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus for integrating web-based visualization tools.
• Familiarity with core graphic design principles including typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Experience working with content management systems like WordPress or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in digital modeling and production design.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients on creative concepts.
