We’re looking for Ski & Snowboard Rental Technicians to join our team this season—people who bring great energy, attention to detail, and a love for mountain life.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers in selecting, fitting, and adjusting ski and snowboard rental equipment
• Perform basic maintenance, tuning, and safety checks on skis, snowboards, and bindings
• Ensure each setup meets proper safety and industry standards (training provided)
• Maintain an organized and efficient rental area
• Provide product and mountain knowledge to enhance the guest experience
• Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for skiing, snowboarding, and mountain culture
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Mechanical aptitude or experience with ski/snowboard equipment is a plus (training available)
• Reliability and a positive attitude are musts
