Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Assembly Worker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, experience in mechanical assembly, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in assembling our products to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and subassemblies according to engineering specifications and assembly instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to understand assembly requirements.
• Operate various hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assembly tasks.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and reduce waste.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols and best practices.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and work with supervisors to resolve them promptly.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience in mechanical assembly or related field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles and assembly techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
