Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile <PERSON> to join our dynamic construction and restoration team. Duties

• Perform framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and finishing to create polished interiors and exteriors.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications.
• Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, siding, roofing materials, and hardware with precision.
• Conduct concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, and water damage restoration tasks as needed.
• Assist in remodeling projects including flooring installation, tile laying, electrical wiring, plumbing, and painting.
• Support heavy lifting operations and perform metal stud framing or drywall repairs for structural integrity.
• Engage in mold remediation, stucco application, caulking, plastering, and siding repairs to ensure quality finishes.
• Contribute to restoration industry projects by restoring damaged structures or surfaces with expert craftsmanship.
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction estimating, carpentry (including trim and frame), roofing, masonry or related fields.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation and fabrication techniques.
• Strong background in construction site experience including safety standards and heavy lifting procedures.
• Knowledge of water damage restoration processes and mold remediation practices is preferred.
• Ability to perform remodeling tasks such as cabinet installation, door hanging, flooring installation or electrical work.
• Experience with metal stud framing, drywall finishing or plastering is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina for demanding tasks involving heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces.
