Summary

We are seeking a CNC Operator to join our team at Preferred Quality Services. In this role, you will be instrumental in producing high-quality components using CNC machinery while ensuring adherence to strict quality standards. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to deliver exceptional service and value to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and production schedules.
• Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to produce precise components.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure accuracy in production.
• Conduct regular quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Understanding of quality control principles in manufacturing processes.
• Basic knowledge of welding is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
