Skilled Construction Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Duties:

• Assist lead carpenters with various tasks on job sites, including but not limited to, framing, demolition, and installation.
• Transport and stage materials, tools, and equipment.
• Clean and maintain an organized, safe, and tidy job site throughout the project.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
• Perform other general manual labor duties as directed.
• Work safely and maintentain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a skilled labor position is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Basic understanding of safety practices in a construction site setting.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to work a 40 hour week.
