Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for building and construction. This role involves working on various construction projects, assisting in the completion of tasks that require physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Duties

• Assist in concrete finishing and forming tasks to ensure high-quality results.
• Perform masonry work, including bricklaying and stone setting.
• Engage in frame carpentry activities, constructing frameworks for buildings.
• Fabricate and install various structures as needed on-site.
• Hang doors and install hardware efficiently and accurately.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
• Participate in remodeling projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction labor or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with concrete finishing techniques is a plus.
• Skills in plumb, framing, and masonry are highly desirable.
• Ability to fabricate structures according to specifications.
• Experience with door hanging and installation is beneficial.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to construction tasks.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety practices on-site.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various project requirements.
