Description:
Trusted Structures LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Skilled Construction Laborer to support DOT bridge construction, rehabilitation, and heavy civil concrete projects across state and federal infrastructure programs.

This role is essential to daily field operations and supports carpenters, finishers, operators, and foremen in executing safe, efficient, and high‑quality bridge and structural concrete work. The ideal candidate has prior heavy civil experience and is comfortable working in demanding outdoor environments under DOT safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Field Support & Construction Operations
Perform labor duties on DOT bridge and heavy highway projects including:

• Assisting carpenters with formwork, falsework, and deck operations
• Supporting concrete placements, finishing crews, and curing operations
• Handling materials, tools, and equipment on active jobsites
• Performing selective demolition and removal of concrete and structural components
• Installing temporary protection, debris containment, and barriers
• General site housekeeping and compliance support

Jobsite Safety & Coordination

• Follow all DOT, company, and site‑specific safety protocols
• Work safely around traffic, heavy equipment, and elevated structures
• Support foremen and crew leads with daily work plans
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work zones

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a laborer on DOT, bridge, or heavy civil construction projects
• Familiarity with concrete operations, bridge environments, and construction tools
• Ability to perform physical labor, work at heights, and in all weather conditions
• OSHA 10 required (or ability to obtain)
• Reliable attendance and strong team‑oriented work ethic

This position is contingent upon the award of a qualifying contract to Trusted Structures LLC. Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
