Industrial Containment Solutions is actively hiring experienced and reliable Skilled Oil Field Laborers to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality containment, spill response, site preparation, and environmental services for the oil and gas industry across Ohio and the region.If you have hands-on oil field experience, take pride in safe and efficient work, and are ready to build a long-term career with a local company that values its team, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:

• Perform containment setup, liner installation, and site preparation
• Operate tools and equipment safely in oil field environments
• Assist with spill response, tank battery work, and general labor tasks
• Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized work site
• Confined space work experience is preferred but not required
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times
• Travel to job sites in the region as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous oil field or industrial labor experience preferred, but not required
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment operation
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Clean driving record is REQUIRED (will be verified: no suspensions or more than 6 points for the last 5 years)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some overtime and weekends when needed
