PMT Lawn & Landscape is hiring a Skilled Landscape Foreman in Greenwood. Pay is $30 to $38 per hour based on experience and leadership. You will run a crew in the field, set grades, operate equipment, and build patios, walls, and plantings that hold up.

• You bring landscape construction experience.
• You bring foreman or crew leader experience.
• You bring grading and drainage experience.
• You bring hardscape experience, including patios, walls, base prep, and compaction.
• You bring planting, edging, mulch, sod, and bed installation experience.
• You bring the ability to manage a crew and keep projects moving.
• You bring skid steer and excavator experience.
• You bring a valid license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Lead a landscape crew and keep the job moving safely and efficiently.
• Read plans, set grades, and ensure proper drainage and base prep.
• Operate skid loaders, mini excavators, compactors, and trenchers.
• Install hardscapes, plantings, sod, mulch, edging, walls, and patios.
• Track labor hours and report progress and material needs to operations.
• Coach crew members and help develop future leaders.
