Role Overview

You will work as part of a skilled field team performing detailed landscape maintenance and improvement work on high-quality properties.

This role requires focus, consistency, and respect for the craft.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality landscape maintenance (cleanups, fine pruning, edging, mulching, detailing)
• Perform planting, transplanting, and soil care applications with attention to plant health
• Operate tools and equipment properly, safely, and efficiently
• Maintain clean, orderly job sites and equipment
• Contribute to a team that values precision, communication, and follow-through

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year in landscaping or similar field work
• Familiarity with plant care, pruning, and maintenance practices
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a professional crew

(Motivated individuals without experience will be considered if they demonstrate the qualities above.)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 40–50+ hours per week
• Paid overtime
• Optional weekend work
