Now Hiring: Experienced Maintenance Technician

We’re seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our on-site operations team. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of solid multifamily or commercial maintenance experience, with a strong focus on completing high-quality unit turns, service requests, and preventative maintenance with urgency and accountability.

Preferred but not required: HVAC certification or working knowledge of heating and cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 100% move-in ready units on schedule (includes patching, painting, plumbing, and electrical tasks)
• Perform daily service requests, repairs, and troubleshooting for appliances and mechanical systems
• Replace fixtures, locks, light bulbs, filters, fuses, and other components as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
• Execute general upkeep: landscaping, painting, carpentry, hauling, and waste disposal
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free workspaces
• Follow direction from the Property Manager and Lead Maintenance with precision
• Support emergency or after-hours work when assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven track record in multifamily or commercial property maintenance (3–5 years)
• Strong working knowledge of general repair methods and maintenance tools
• Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Clear communicator with both peers and residents (verbal and written)
• Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and extended periods of movement
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
