About the Opportunity

2Q Software is seeking experienced Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Administrators and long-term care leaders who understand survey readiness, QAPI oversight, staffing accountability, and operational pressure — and who want to leverage their professional relationships in a flexible advisory sales role.

This is not a cold-calling position.We are looking for industry professionals who already understand Skilled Nursing operations.

About 2Q Software

2Q Software is an internal staff engagement and accountability monitoring platform designed to provide management visibility into engagement trends and support quality improvement discussions within Skilled Nursing Facilities.

The platform is commercial only and does not provide clinical, legal, or regulatory advice.

Ideal Candidate Background

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) – current or former
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities or Long-Term Care
• Familiar with QAPI meetings and survey processes
• Strong professional relationships within SNFs
• Independent, self-motivated, ethical

Former administrators, regional operators, and independent healthcare consultants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Introduce 2Q Software to Skilled Nursing leadership teams
• Schedule virtual demos with qualified facilities
• Maintain activity in provided CRM
• Represent the platform using approved language
• Work independently with flexible schedule

Compensation

Performance-based compensation with recurring revenue participation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $10,800.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 3 – 9 per week
