Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the skilled nursing and long-term care setting
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient information accurately and timely
Skills:
- Proficient in diagnostic evaluation of patients
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Qualifications:
- Valid MD/DO license in the state of New Mexico
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the primary care or long-term care setting
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
