Position Skilled Press Brake Operator- 1st Shift
Reporting To Plant Manager
Division NPS- Metals
Location Fargo, ND
Pay: $25-$28/HR

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components with precision
- Read blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate production of parts
- Set up and adjust machines according to work orders and job requirements
- Inspect finished products to maintain high quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and solve challenges
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the work area at all times
What you bring:
- Knowledge of hydraulic press or punch operations.
- Must have 3+ years of experience running various Press Brake Machines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Utilize precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and rulers, to accurately measure angles, dimensions, and tolerances in fabricated parts.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times. Environment is not fully climate controlled.
