Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Siding Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of exterior siding on residential and commercial buildings. Duties

• Measure and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine siding installation requirements
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying necessary primers or sealants to ensure proper adhesion
• Use hand tools such as hammers, chisels, and screwdrivers to cut, shape, and install siding materials accurately
• Operate power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns safely and efficiently during installation processes
• Install various siding materials such as vinyl, metal, stucco, or fiber cement with precision and attention to detail
• Perform heavy lifting of siding panels and related materials to ensure proper placement without damage
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to ensure siding is installed correctly according to schematics and industry standards
• Collaborate with team members on framing, trim carpentry, caulking, and other exterior finishing tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to all safety protocols at construction sites
• Assist in troubleshooting issues related to roofing, masonry, plumbing connections, or restoration work that may impact siding installation

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, or siding installation preferred
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in exterior finishing projects
• Strong background in construction site experience including framing, roofing, masonry, or remodeling projects
• Knowledge of schematics and technical drawings relevant to siding installation
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during project execution
• Familiarity with metal stud framing, concrete forming, fabrication techniques, and tile laying advantageous
• Handyman experience or skills in carpentry, trim carpentry, stucco application or welding is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site when challenges arise
• Strong communication skills for working effectively within a team environment

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
