Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, structural repairs, equipment operating
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, safely and efficiently on-site.
• Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project quality requirements.
• Assist in construction estimating by providing accurate measurements and material estimates for various tasks.
• Install new foundations, foundation repairs, replace foundations and other structural components.
• Support project management by adhering to schedules, maintaining safety protocols, and documenting progress through reports.

Skills

• Extensive experience with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for precise execution of tasks.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, ability to haul trailer, and heavy equipment operation to complete diverse construction activities.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and safety procedures on active sites.
• Skilled in construction estimating techniques to assist in project planning and resource allocation.
• Expertise in various trades framing, structural repairs, excavation, helical piers, forming, demo.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for complex installations
• Experience in restoration projects or structural repair adds value to your skill set.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Work Location: In person
