Key Responsibilities: Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and quartz watches. Perform complete servicing, cleaning, oiling, and timing adjustments. Replace defective parts, gaskets, batteries, crystals, and straps as needed. Conduct waterproof testing and pressure testing for luxury watches. Maintain accurate records of repairs and service reports. Ensure all work meets brand and company standards. Handle watches carefully, maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Assist customers with technical inquiries when required.
