Qualifications – Skilled Painters, Gypsum & Decoration Workers

• Minimum 3–7 years of hands-on experience in painting, gypsum, and interior decoration works.

Proven experience in gypsum board installation, including:

• Gypsum partitions
• False ceilings
• Bulkheads, coves, and decorative features
• Skilled in surface preparation, including sanding, putty application, priming, and crack repair.

Expertise in interior and exterior painting works using:

• Emulsion paints
• Oil-based paints
• Textured, decorative, and specialty finishes
• Ability to apply high-quality finishing techniques with attention to detail.

Knowledge of decorative finishes, such as:

• Feature walls
• Wallpaper installation
• Faux finishes and special effects (if applicable)

Additional Qualifications

• Ability to read basic drawings and follow work instructions provided by the site foreman or engineer.
• Familiar with tools and equipment used for painting and gypsum works.
• Understanding of quality standards and finishing requirements for high-end fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of site safety practices (HSE) and proper use of PPE.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimum supervision.
• Physically fit and capable of working at heights when required.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and maintain productivity.
• Experience in Qatar or GCC projects is an advantage.
