Skin Care Ambassador /Guest Experience Coordinator

Position Overview

The Skin Care Ambassador is the face of skin care at the front desk. This role bridges the guest experience and the esthetics team by ensuring skin care services are properly scheduled, recommended, and supported. They help educate guests on the benefits of professional facials, support membership retention, and keep skin care operations organized and flowing smoothly.


This position is ideal for someone who is organized, guest-focused, confident in communication, and passionate about skin care—even if they are not a licensed esthetician.


Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Education


  • Welcome guests and create a warm, professional first impression
  • Confidently educate guests on facial services, enhancements, and memberships
  • Reinforce esthetician recommendations and assist guests with rebooking
  • Act as a skin care resource for guests with basic product and service knowledge


Scheduling & Retention


  • Book and manage facial appointments efficiently
  • Ensure guests leave with their next skin care appointment scheduled
  • Support esthetician schedules to maximize availability and utilization
  • Assist with follow-ups, reminders, and rebooking outreach


Sales Support & Ambassador Duties


  • Promote skin care services, enhancements, and retail recommendations
  • Support monthly skin care and retail goals
  • Collaborate with estheticians to align guest needs with services
  • Champion skin care initiatives, promotions, and launches


Administrative & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate scheduling, guest notes, and reports
  • Track skin care utilization, rebooking percentages, and other KPIs
  • Support daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment


Qualifications & Skills


Passion for skin care and guest service

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable discussing services and making recommendations
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer savvy (booking systems, reports, spreadsheets)
  • Sales or hospitality experience preferred
