We are hiring an enthusiastic Beauty & Skincare Advisor to join our team This role blends product consultation, and retail sales, ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers feel their best.

What You'll Do:

• Provide personalized skincare consultations tailored to client needs
• Offer expert guidance on our skincare, hair, and beauty product lines
• Drive product sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Meet monthly sales and performance goals
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and professional treatment area
• Build lasting relationships with clients through follow-ups and great service

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in skincare, beauty consulting, or facial services
• Background in retail beauty sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for the beauty industry
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed salary plus commission incentives
