Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Location- Noida Sector 36, Skinfinity Derma Clinic

Job Timing- 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month + incentives

Job Description -

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Front Desk Executive to join our team at Skinfinity Derma Clinic, Noida Sector 36. As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, and handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilities -

- Greet patients and visitors, and provide excellent customer service

- Manage appointments, including scheduling and rescheduling

- Handle patient inquiries and concerns

- Maintain patient records and confidentiality

- Perform administrative tasks, such as billing and insurance processing

- Collaborate with doctors and other staff members to ensure smooth clinic operations

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements -

- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office

- Ability to handle confidential patient information

- Fluency in English and Hindi languages

Preferred -

- Experience in a healthcare or medical setting/ skin clinic.

- Knowledge of dermatology or skin care services
