Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and assess their skincare needs through engaging conversations and professional consultations
• Recommend suitable skincare treatments, products, and routines tailored to individual skin types and concerns
• Perform skincare services such as facials, cleansing, exfoliation, and other treatments with precision and care
• Educate clients on proper skincare techniques, product usage, and the benefits of recommended treatments
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance client results while maintaining a positive shopping experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas in accordance with health regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field within the beauty or wellness industry preferred
• Knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and cosmetology practices is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and connect with diverse clients
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene at all times
• Demonstrated aptitude for upselling products and services effectively without pressure
• Basic cash handling skills with attention to detail in transaction processing
• Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetics is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
