Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, waxing, and peels
• Conduct body waxing, makeup application, and nail care services to meet diverse client needs
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and new treatments through engaging product demos and consultations
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and ensuring a clean treatment environment at all times
• Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and promoting ongoing skincare regimens
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their concerns, answer questions thoroughly, and provide personalized treatment plans

Skills

• Proven experience with esthetic treatments & techniques
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
• Knowledge of body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care procedures
• Excellent sanitation practices aligned with industry standards for safety and hygiene
• Effective communication skills to educate clients about products and treatments confidently
• Ability to perform product demos that showcase benefits and usage instructions effectively
• Familiarity with retail sales strategies to promote skincare lines and enhance client loyalty

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
