Skip Lorry Driver

Due to continued expansion we are seeking a HGV Class 2 driver to join our team. This role requires a strong commitment to safety.

Duties

• Operate lorries in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Safely load and unload goods, ensuring that all items are secured properly for transport.
• Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with co-ordinators and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
• Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and operational procedures.

Skills

• Experience as a Commercial Driver with a valid driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for safe driving.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and other team members.
