Skip Tracer (Lead Generation)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Skip Tracer to join our team. This role is responsible for locating individuals, businesses, and assets using investigative databases, OSINT techniques, and in-depth online research. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Consumer, Commercial, and EDU skip tracing investigations

• Utilize platforms such as TLOxp, LocateSmarter, and other investigative databases

• Perform OSINT research, social media investigations, and identity/location verification

• Analyze and validate data from multiple sources to determine accurate contact information

• Maintain clear, accurate, and actionable case documentation

• Ensure compliance with legal, privacy, and ethical standard.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Consumer and/or Commercial Skip Tracing preferred

• Hands-on experience with TLOxp, LocateSmarter, or similar investigative tools

• Strong internet research and OSINT capabilities

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage productivity targets

• Understanding of compliance and legal requirements is a plus

Timing: 9pm to 6am
