Slaughterhouse assistant

Overview
We are seeking assistance with the dispatch of weekly livestock delivered to our custom exempt slaughterhouse for later butchering and custom processing.

Responsibilities

• Candidates must be able to follow directions immediately and adjust to a fast-paced environment.
• Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds at a time for short intervals.
• Must be prepared to assist in the live dispatch, skinning, and quartering of livestock.
• Will be required to assist in the cleaning, maintenance, upkeep of the facility including the dispatch floor, holding pens, and all related equipment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
