Sleep tPosition: Sleep Technician
Department: Sleep Services & Respiratory Care

Location: Field + Sleep Lab (Home Sleep Study & In-Lab Support)
Reports to: Sleep Lab Manager / Clinical Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Home Sleep Studies (Level 2 & Level 3) including patient setup and sensor application
• Apply PSG sensors including EEG, EOG, EMG, ECG, SpO₂, airflow cannula, and respiratory effort belts
• Setup and configure sleep study devices (Alice, Nox, Polypro, Philips, ResMed, BMC systems)
• Monitor signal quality and troubleshoot issues during setup or remotely if required
• Educate patients and caregivers on sleep study procedures and PAP therapy basics
• Assist in CPAP, BiPAP, and Auto CPAP titration setup and mask fitting
• Ensure accurate technician notes and proper documentation as per AASM standards
• Download, transfer, and organize sleep study data for scoring and reporting
• Maintain hygiene, cleaning, and maintenance of sleep study equipment
• Provide technical support for PAP therapy initiation, mask trials, and device setup

Additional MG Medicare-Specific Responsibilities:

• Travel to patient homes, hospitals, and partner centers for sleep study setup
• Support PAP therapy onboarding including CPAP/BiPAP rental and installation
• Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and MG Medicare team for patient management
• Ensure professional conduct and represent MG Medicare brand standards

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of sleep study setup and PAP devices
• Basic understanding of sleep apnea and respiratory therapy
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and sensors
• Good patient communication and field handling skills
• Willingness to travel locally
• Should Have Proper Driving Licence
• Should Have Two Wheeler of his own

Preferred Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in Sleep Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Neurodiagnostics, or Allied Health
• Experience in sleep lab, CPAP/BiPAP handling, or respiratory devices preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
